- 20+ years experience teaching children of differing abilities
Welcome to Altitude Tutoring! Our founder and owner, Brandy Gulliford, is a dedicated educator with over 20 years experience teaching children of differing abilities. Altitude Tutoring's philosophy is that all children can learn, persevere, and achieve! Our passion is teaching reading, writing, and spelling to struggling students. Brandy retired from public education and started Altitude Tutoring to help children and their families in a more personalized and comprehensive way.
Like our owner, all Altitude Tutoring interventionists are highly qualified and have extensive experience teaching students of various abilities and ages to read, write, and spell. The expertise acquired from years of data analysis, specialized training, and experience teaching students with learning differences enables Altitude's expert tutors to produce effective, efficient results in a caring and supportive in-person or online environment. Assessment and progress monitoring are essential components of our specialized tutoring and parents are updated regularly about their child's progress.
